Project Overview –

The fragile wood wool slab existing deck was over boarded using T&G timber sheets. The chaplaincy spire and flat roof areas were then fully encapsulated using Sika Liquid Plastics’ Decothane Ultra 25 Year System.

For our works on the Lancaster Chaplaincy Centre with Sika Liquid Plastics & Vertical Access, Permicoat won the 2017 LRWA award for Liquid Roofing Project of the Year under 1,000m2. In 2018, Permicoat was nominated for best project in the Liquid Applied Roofing and Waterproofing & Hot-Melt category.
